Workforce and Business Events
As a team member at the Elgin/Middlesex/Oxford Workforce Planning and Development Board, I played a lead role in organizing events under the organization’s mandate. This included hybrid and virtual presentations to publicize research finding, and press events with key community and political figures.
I was also part of the Growing Your Workforce conference committee, and bringing together hundreds of businesses and employment service providers in an annual event with panels and workshops.
